Warranty Coverage

  • All TrainTorquix products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

What’s Covered

  • Structural/frame defects
  • Faulty resistance mechanisms (springs, hydraulics, etc.)
  • Broken or malfunctioning components due to poor manufacturing

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (foam grips, paint scratches, etc.)
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Modifications, repairs, or disassembly done by unauthorized persons
  • Commercial use (unless stated otherwise)
  • Accidental damage during use

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact us at support@traintorquix.com with:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or videos showing the defect
  2. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide:
    • Replacement part(s), OR
    • A replacement product, OR
    • A refund (if replacement is not possible)

Shipping Costs

  • For approved warranty claims, TrainTorquix will cover the cost of shipping replacement parts or products.
  • Customers may be responsible for shipping the defective item back, depending on the situation.

Warranty Validity

  • Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from TrainTorquix or authorized resellers.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required for all claims.

Limitation of Liability

TrainTorquix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as outlined above.
