Found the perfect piece of fitness equipment? We have a number of ways to pay when you buy online, by telephone, or in-store at TrainTorquix stores.
CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD ORDERS
If you are ordering by credit card, goods must be sent to the card holder’s registered address. If you require the goods to be are sent elsewhere (i.e. a work address), please telephone TrainTorquix helpline prior to ordering.
In some instances, we may need to refund an order post-purchase should the order or payment not meet our internal fraud prevention checks.
