Return Window

  • You may return most items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Resistance bands, yoga mats, or items that come into direct skin contact if opened.
  • Customized or clearance sale items.
  • Digital products or gift cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@traintorquix.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and include the RA number inside the parcel.
  4. Ship the item back using the provided courier instructions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size, resistance level, or product variation (if stock allows).
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For large/oversized items, we can arrange courier pickup at a discounted rate.

Important Notes

  • Returns without prior authorization (RA number) may be rejected.
  • Items returned after 28 days may not be eligible for a refund.
  • TrainTorquix reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
